
Ingredients:
- Butter 200 g
 - Sugar 300 g
 - Plain Chocolate 150 g
 - 4 Eggs
 - Raising Flour 115 g
 - Vanilla, to taste
 
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate and the butter into a pan in "bain marie"
 - Whip the eggs with the sugar
 - Add the flour and a dask of vanilla
 - Add the melted chocolate and mix gently
 - Pour the preparation into a laking-pan lined with paper previously buttered and covered with flour
 - Cook in hot oven for five minutes and then in soft oven for 20 more minutes
