
Ingredients:
- Butter 200 g
 
- Sugar 300 g
 
- Plain Chocolate 150 g
 
- 4 Eggs
 
- Raising Flour 115 g
 
- Vanilla, to taste
 
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate and the butter into a pan in "bain marie"
 
- Whip the eggs with the sugar
 
- Add the flour and a dask of vanilla
 
- Add the melted chocolate and mix gently
 
- Pour the preparation into a laking-pan lined with paper previously buttered and covered with flour
 
- Cook in hot oven for five minutes and then in soft oven for 20 more minutes
 
 
 
 
Ingredients:- Granulated Sugar
 - Cornstarch
 - Cold Water
 - Eggs Yolks
 - Grated Zest of 1 Lemon
 - Lemon Juice
 - Butter
 - Egg whites
 
Instructions:
- Mix 1 cup of sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan
 - Stirin the cold water, and then stirin the eggs yolks
 - Bring to a boil over medium heat for a minute
 - Remove from heat and stir in the lemon peel, lemon juice and butter
 - Cool and turn into a prepared pie shell
 - Beat egg whites until foamy, and beat with 1/3 cup of sugar
 - Spread the egg white meringue mixture over the fulling
 - Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 15 minutes
 - Cool the pie
